Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan

Westside Community Lawyers’ Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan marks the beginning of our formal commitment to reconciliation. It sets out our dedication to strengthening relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and organisations, increasing cultural understanding and respect, creating employment and procurement opportunities, and ensuring our legal services are culturally safe, accessible and responsive.

Through clear and accountable actions across relationships and governance, we aim to embed these principles throughout our workplace, services and partnerships. We approach this commitment with humility and openness, recognising that lasting progress requires ongoing listening, learning, collaboration and action.
